ANNUAL ELECTRICAL SAFETY INSPECTION

• Smoke Detector testing and cleaning (up to 12 ft in height).
• Visually check Electrical Panel, tighten and secure all connections.
• Test all GFCI receptacles for proper function.
• Test all Safety Devices
• Multi-Point Safety Inspection

ANNUAL PLUMBING SAFETY INSPECTION

• Standard Water Heater flush (limited one per year)
• Whole House Plumbing Inspection to include kitchens, bathrooms, laundry room and outside plumbing.
• Plumbing Inspection also includes dye testing toilets, water quality testing, visual crawl space inspection.

ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING

• 10% off of Repairs & Services for Electrical and Plumbing (excluding generators)
• Discounted fees on after hour emergency calls
